So today, I went for a full on run.
Properly run and tried my hardest... run part of the route again ... from my house (cogan) to the end of the barrage and back...
The running was halted when one of the barrage gates opened but never mind!
4 miles... it's a third (near enough) of what im due to run on sunday!
It's dawning on me now ... it's a full on challenge now!
Challenge. On!
